Andrew Fraser is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Perspective Investments.

Andrew is currently the CEO & CIO of Quantum Qube Ltd, a UK based Systematic CTA Hedge Fund, this business was established in 2023 with the team that had all recently been working together at RAM Active Investments SA, headquartered in Switzerland where he was also the combined CEO & CIO. RAM is a liquid alternative manager, running several billion in assets, predominantly in Systematic strategies as well as traditional discretionary Fixed Income & Credit strategies. From 2014 to 2021 he ran a consulting business providing strategic advice to alternative investment management firms across a number of disciplines in both discretionary and systematic management, covering public and private debt and equity, a range of real assets, and liquid and illiquid alternatives, and during this time he co-founded a UK regulated Global Systematic investment manager that launched in 2016. Prior to this, he spent 6 years as Head of America’s & Institutional Businesses for Winton Capital and was a member of the Senior Management Team. Andrew also spent 14 years at Henderson Global Investors, initially having joined AMP Asset Management; he worked in several Front office roles managing Fixed Income, Cash, Currencies and running the FX Overlay for the Equities business, before moving to the commercial side of the business. Earlier, Andrew started his career in the City working for SG Warburg (Now UBS) working in both Operations and on the Trading Floor. Andrew has an undergraduate degree in Financial Services & Economics and post graduate qualifications with CIM & IIMR (now CFA) as well as his regulatory licenses in Europe and the USA.
